Great Filets!

Review:

On my recent visit to the N9NE Steakhouse, in the Palms Hotel, I decided to go without a reservation. The wait was long, but I decided that I would take a seat at the bar. I ordered a filet mignon and a side of cream corn and spinach. The spinach was really tasty as it was flavored with bacon (which was an interesting touch.) However, the star of the show was the filet mignon. The filet, which I like medium rare, was juicy and cooked to perfection. The meat was really tender and melted in my mouth. It was an exquisite dinner, and actually fun to be at the bar. If you want some nice chops, I would highly recommend the N9NE!
