Great Jamacian Food

My favorite is the Sea Shore Salmon with peas and rice, fresh greens and plantain with a side of Festival Bread! All of Derricks recipies are prepared in a heart healthy way. The dining room is elegantly decorated with white table cloths, in a serene Jamaican atmosphere. The service is top notch. Derricks recipies are authentic Jamacian because he IS Jamaician, not a person who when to school to learn how to cook Jamaican food! For a quick healthy meal on-the- go, try a chicken or vegetable pattie and a delicious ice cold Sorrel. Derricks caters weddings and office parties. For a true Bob Marley experience, visit Derricks!
