| Title: | Don't call it a bar or a pub. |
| Review: | Bouzy's is the bar located in the front room of Chez Melange. Although the bar and the restaurant are connected by a hallway, they really act as two stand alone entities. The bar is laid back and has a "Gastropub" menu while the restaurant is much more sophisticated with both it's food and decor. Now let's get back to what a Gastropub is- it's a UK pub that services high-quality food. So if you go to Bouzy's looking for jalapeno poppers and cheese fries, you have come to the wrong pub my friend. At Bouzy's you will find truffle parmesan fries, soups, salads, high-end burgers and even NY steak! But before you think that it's a stuffy high-end bar- it's not. The atmosphere is very laid back with several booths that rest along the outside walls. The beer and wine selection is great and they have TV's to watch games. They also have a 7-day/ week happy hour from 4-6, beat that! |
