| Review: | Pasadena has a lot of choices when it comes to lunch and dinner. On a recent excursion to Old Town Pasadena we selected Wokcano for dinner. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the restaurant had patrons which was a much better sign than some of the others. The decor was interesting- bamboo fences lined our booth, and they did have a patio, but it was much too cold to brave the elements. We ordered the double Kung Pao (chicken and shrimp) as well as a specialty roll and some Tuna sushi. The roll and sushi was very good, and the Kung Pao entree surpassed expectations. Overall the service was nice, the dinner enjoyable and it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Wokcano to anyone looking for a good find. |
