Hidden Spot, Amazing Oysters

I've always heard about this place but never really knew where it was. This is due to the fact that it's barely visible from the road. It's next to Barnes and Noble on Vine. There's a parking structure connected to it that is a very convenient and cheap place to park (as long as you validate!). We ended up here after looking up "best oysters" in Los Angeles. Every review mentioned The Hungry Cat, if it wasn't rated first. They are supposedly known for their cocktails. I ordered one that was fresh and minty! Wish I remembered the name. ...must have been strong. The oysters lived up to their reputation. They had some from the pacific and New Zealand, each very different from the other. We ordered both. Delicious!
