| Crane Sushi specializes in sushi but also offers other mouthwatering Japanese dishes for lunch, dinner, and after-theater enjoyment, including appetizers, soups, salads, cooked seafood, rice bowls, Udon, grilled chicken and beef, and desserts. Head chef Steve Jun, with 20 years of restaurant experience, will win you over with his box meals, including your choice of teriyaki chicken, rib eye steak, grilled salmon or pork cutlet, with soup, salad, rice and a portion of tempura, sushi and an appetizing seasonal fruit. Lunch specials are economically priced from $5.95 to $9.50. According to owner Bob Kuo, even if you're not already a longtime sushi lover, with the proper taste experience you will become one. Kuo puts his money where your mouth is by offering a free order of raw oysters per table. Take-out orders and party trays are available. For large groups, you can request to be seated in one of Crane Sushi's beatifully appointed VIP rooms, providing seating for parties from 6 to 20 guests.
