New Orleans is a really nice atmosphere and friendly service. The food is great but it is not quite and authentic New Orleans restaurant. It has a Hermosa Beach feel and a little upscale for a real down and dirty New Orleans restaurant.

Review Title: New Orleans, Best Mac and Cheese!
Reviewed By: Felicia
The place is small and cozy, and has the most amazing HOMEMADE cajun food. The chef and her husband run the place and once they know you, it is like coming home! The Chef (one and only) is a New Orleans native and uses family recipies. The Gumbo is the best I've ever had, the Blackened Chicken (or Catfish) is addictive. Jambalaya, Alligator on a Stick, Hot Sausage Po Boy, Mac n Cheese is to die for! They make their own house salad dressing and Gator romalaude sauce, and the desserts are all home-made. Some items come over $20, but portions are huge-large Gumbo bowl is big enough for two. The service is warm and friendly, they always make you feel like you're at home.
