| On my recent visit to the N9NE Steakhouse, in the Palms Hotel, I decided to go without a reservation. The wait was long, but I decided that I would take a seat at the bar. I ordered a filet mignon and a side of cream corn and spinach. The spinach was really tasty as it was flavored with bacon (which was an interesting touch.) However, the star of the show was the filet mignon. The filet, which I like medium rare, was juicy and cooked to perfection. The meat was really tender and melted in my mouth. It was an exquisite dinner, and actually fun to be at the bar. If you want some nice chops, I would highly recommend the N9NE! | |

| The food scores a true 10. Our waiter was probably one of the most knowledgeable waiters I've experienced for food and wine. I'm a filet mignon lover and mine was perfect. Good crowds but the tables are spaced enough so that it's not too noisy. | |

| Where else can you get a Filet Mignon and rub elbows with the likes of Terrell Owens and Barry Bonds? Great steak, a tough seat to get, but the food and crowd make it a meal to remember. | |
